"Greetings in the Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ"
Today's Bible Verse: Ephesians 2:8-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."
What are "good works?" Any activity that is beneficial to God or other people that reflects honor and glory to God.
Christians have been saved by grace. The grace of God is the source of salvation; faith is the channel, not the cause. God alone saves. Salvation never starts in our efforts. It is always though the loving kindness of God.
Our salvation has already occurred in the past, at the cross. We cannot do anything to earn God's free gift of salvation. Everything that we receive as believers is from our merciful and gracious Heavenly Father.
Today's Hymn: "Trust and Obey"(Verse 1)
When we walk with the Lord, in the light of His word
What a glory He sheds on our way!
While we do His good will, He abides with us still
And with all who will trust and obey
Trust and obey, for there's no other way
To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.
Heavenly Father, Thank you for Your grace, that saves us from the death penalty that we deserve. Because of the death and resurrection of your Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, we as sinners have been pardoned, and we now receive this free gift that you so graciously bestow on those who have received Jesus into there life's. .

Have a God filled and Spirit Led Day. Go in Peace and Serve the Lord with Gladness. Love God More Today and always remember that when you have a spiritual defeat in your day and you yell out, "I Can't", listen to God whisper to you, "BUT I CAN".
