God's Words of Wisdom

"Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savor Jesus Christ for 25 September, from Cindi, a daughter of the King of kings and Lord of lords."

Today's Bible Verse: 1st John 4:9-11 "In this, the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.  In this is love, not the we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought to love one another."

The LOVE of God for us was DEMONSTRATED with the death of Jesus upon the Cross on our behalf.  Jesus is the ONLY begotten Son which expresses not a literal birth, but a sense of uniqueness.  In other words, Jesus is the UNIQUE Son of God and NO other person is God's Son in the way that He is.

Divine LOVE by its nature is UNSELFISH.  It is SELF-SACRIFICING.  Jesus with His death, SELF-SACRIFICED Himself for us, to avert the punishment our sins deserved, and which now enables God to SHOWER His BLESSINGS on us.

In verse 11, we as Christians are INSTRUCTED that "we ought to love one another."  It is ONLY fitting, that we as Christians are to be loving, JUST as God LOVES us.

Have a God Filled and Spirit Led Day.  Go in Peace and Serve the Lord our God with Gladness.  Love God More Today. ALWAYS remember that when you have a spiritual, emotional, relational, physical, or financial dilemma in your life, and you yell out "I CAN'T," Listen to the Sweet, Soft, and Tender Voice of God as He Whispers to you, "BUT I CAN."

Jesus Reigns, and He Is, Has Been, and ALWAYS Will be in Complete and Total Control!!  May God's Peace, Love, Strength, and Grace be with you all.  May we as Christians lift one hand toward heaven and with the other reach out to the lost and dying of this dark and sinful world.  May we as John at the close of the Book of Revelation say, "Come, Lord Jesus, Come."

Your Sister In Christ,
Cindi
