Today's Bible Verse: Titus 2:11-14 "For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own people, zealous for good works."
Twice in verse 11, Paul speaks of Christ's appearance in history. The first time, Christ came in "GRACE" to save us from our sins, and the second time, He will come to "JUDGE and REIGN."
The grace of God is to provide two things in the life of the believer: (1) We are to resist the evil temptations of this world and live godly lives (2) We are to look for the return of Christ. One of the strongest statements of the deity of Christ in the New Testament was made by Paul in verse 13, when he says, "Great God and Savior Jesus Christ."
Redeem means to "purchase." Redemption is the act of Christ's purchasing the believer by His blood, so that we might be freed from our past captivity to sin. We are reminded here, that God's purpose in redeeming us, is only to save us from "hell" but He also wants to "free us from sin," so we can sin produce good works that will glorify Him.
Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit, how marvelous it is to be redeemed because of the shed blood of Your Son Jesus Christ. May our live our life's in holiness, marked by a dedication of doing what is good and righteous for You. Amen
Today's Biblical Truth: Christ died to redeem us from sinful ways. No wonder we are to reject ungodliness."

Pray for our Brothers and Sisters in Christ who are being persecuted for their Faith and Trust in Jesus Christ. Pray for Youcef Nardarkhani the Iranian pastor who has been sentenced to death for refusing to renounce his Faith and Trust in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Pray for God's Peace on the city of Jerusalem and His Blessings on the Nation of Israel. Always remember that when you have a spiritual dilemma in your life and you yell out, "I CAN'T," GOD Whispers to you, "BUT I CAN."
"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
Jesus Reigns, and HE IS and ALWAYS WILL BE IN COMPLETE and TOTAL CONTROL."
